Land Bank of Taiwan Tainan Branch was originally the Tainan Branch of the Japan Kangyo Bank, and was the sister work of the Taipei Branch (now the National Taiwan Museum's Land Bank Exhibition Hall). Opened in 1937, it adopts the heavy style of an Egyptian temple colonnade, but features a Japanese style lucky gods as the pillar top canopy. This model shows the original appearance of the building in the 1940s before the road was widened.
